Absolutely disgusting they sent me cold food and a milkshake that was made with water!!! Yes water!! They put Oreos in water and mixed it up and tried to pass it off!! What else have they done to pass things off!! When I called back they knew what my order was and were ok with sending out complete shit for food DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM HERE IF THAT'S WHAT THEY THINK IS OK TO SEND TO SOMEONE
i’ve been picking up burgers from here when i go on break for lunch for a couple years now and it has been consistently delicious every single time. There has never been a single time where they messed up my food, or where i noticed the quality dipping in any way. It’s always top tier. Well seasoned, properly seared meat, real thick cut bacon, fresh toppings, it’s crazy that a little area in the corner of an ice skating rink has the best burgers ever.
I haven’t been here in a long time, and I was looking forward to coming back for the burger I enjoyed in the past. However, although my order clearly requested extra HAB sauce on the side and I confirmed with the employee at checkout that it was in the bag—and was told that it was—when I got home there was no HAB sauce at all. That was disappointing. To make matters worse, I tried calling the restaurant afterward but could never get through, as I kept getting a message that the number was “busy and cannot take your call.” 🤔
