I don’t think this place is real. I used their chat box to ask about an order and didn’t get a reply. I called both numbers on the website twice and the first time someone hung up immediately and the next times they went straight to an automated voicemail. I also sent an email with no reply. I think this place and their website is a fake.
Communication is almost non existent now. Leslie was the first to text me and was fairly responsive, but now it’s like pulling teeth to get a reply out of her. I’ve been trying for nearly three months to list my ring and still no luck. HYSTR has wasted my time.
Leslie is amazing! very patient, knowledgeable and helped my fiancé and i find a ring that is a stunner! we did return the first ring because i didn’t love it and not only did she not make me feel bad or uncomfortable, she also gave options until we found a ring that i loved!! Also my fiancé was so appreciative that Leslie stayed within budget and didn’t push us to go outside. so happy and highly recommended!!
I’m super unhappy with my ring everything checked out, I even liked the girl that was helping me. I got the ring on time and everything. What I’m unhappy about is that I noticed after receiving it that it wasn’t the diamond in the video she was showing me. The ring is cloudy along the inside. I had it checked out with the serial number and it matched( on the 7th day ) I did not notice the defects until after the 7 day. I was beyond excited and impressed with the beauty ,quality and professionalism I received along with my stunning 3 carat emerald ring.Leslie was there to literally hold my hand at all times and helped to safely guide me through customs as O live in Canada.I searched everywhere and exhausted myself searching for a fair ,reputable and safe site who actually cared about every detail of my expectations!
