I did business with this company decades ago and had only the most satisfying experiences. Not sure what's happened since, but I called a few weeks ago to inquire about an audio cable I needed. Customer service person said he'd get back to me with a quote but never did despite repeated calls wondering what was up. Must be very nice to be so successful that a modest order can be totally ignored.
