Chef Mime and his team catered our graduation cocktail party and dinner for a group of fifty. Food was fantastic! Everyone raved about it. Communication which was remote from Texas was flawless. His staff was also excellent. They passed food, picked up empty plates , served dinner and cleaned up after. So easy and professional. Chef Mike was on site himself during the entire event.
