Perfect Service I recently facilitated my first family reunion for 70 people in Mesa, CO. Discovered Lee's website from my home in CA, called his references, and promptly secured his services. He met all my expectations, and everyone raved about the delicious BBQ food and plenty of it! I definitely recommend Lee for cost-conscious events, and we would use him again when another opportunity arises.
Ruined wedding reception I hired Lee to cater my wedding on 7.31.2010. Our menu was roasted pig, chicken, pasta salad, pineapple rice, lemonade and iced tea. I spoke to him on the afternoon before my wedding and he told me he would be arriving at the wedding location at approximately 2:30 or 3pm to serve food between 5 and 5:30pm. WAY GOOD The set up was quick and easy, I din't have to do anything. Lee and his daughter were very friendly and the food was THE BEST BBQ I've had in Colorado! A very strong 5 stars all the way around.
CHECK HIM OUT Great service, Great food, Best BBQ in town. I will be calling Lee again. The price was more then fair. He served Brisket and pork loin, with 3 different sides! He says he will cook anything.
Has passion, just needs fine tuning The food is painfully good. In that you'll be stuffed, unable to move and still want more. The food is cooked fresh on site to guaranty the juiciest meat. I've worked with and have been served by many catering companies and eating establishments. I know it's hard to get that 16oz T-bone to the table as fast as possible.
