We checked in today 3/7/25 for our anniversary getaway. We were greeted by a kind lady named Kristy and another lady was there by the name of Renee, who was not so friendly. Seemed as though our check-in was an inconvenience. Barely looked up to greet us or welcome us. This was our first time at Havasu Springs Resort. Wife and I decided to stop for a nice lunch before driving back to chandler. Unfortunately, this experience was sub par, To say it nicely. The issue we had was the TERRIBLE service. Our server ignored us for a larger party (who had arrived AFTER us).. It was obvious enough that we were being overlooked. That, the bartender had to bring us our meals. (Thank her for that!) It's a shame that the service was so poor. And, us as paying customers were treated this way.
