They are easy to get in touch with at the office and set up an appt with. Our guy, Joe(?) came out today and is always super friendly. He is always willing to come out anytime we need anything.
Allowed us to go on a pymt plan when I called and they came out to treat for termites and wood rotting fungus. I paid a chunk down and $100 a month until it's paid off. I got behind bc of financial issues once, but resumed as usual moving forward. They've taken the amt out of my account early causing an overdraft right before Xmas. My bank fixed it. The woman I spoke to about it was rude, unapologetic, and huffed at me through the phone. Spoke to manager the next day and he assured me it wouldn't be an issue moving forward. ... read more
It's OK food for an ok price. The service there is ok, sometimes you get a great server and then you get a really awful one. Hit or miss..parking here is a nightmare..most often you have to park in the adjacent parking lot.
Friendly, reasonable prices and plans, great service!
