Josh H was great! Very fast and friendly.
They don't just get rid of pest, they're poison packs make other animals sick and worse. After talking to the man last month face to face I thought we had an understanding about my service dog as well as the other animals. This month he slapped me in the face by purposefully putting unpet friendly bait in my gated back area. So since Havard wants to act that way. Worst Service ever. They would not call before coming. When they finally did they did not do a complete job. Instead of coming back to do the full service they gave us a 50% discount, that doesn’t get rid of bugs. The next time they came out after they finally did the full service, they did the exact same thing again. Then wanted to bill us for 3 Months of service when they had only done one and a half full services.
