Such rude staff and clothes are extremely over priced, I've seen many exactly the same clothing 50% less in Nordstrom Westchester Mall - will never shop there and give them my business they have such a bad attitude, I don't get it, so many of my friends feel the same, what is their problem, do they not want to sell their clothes, why be so mean and nasty, don't go there, they don't deserve your business and cheaper clothing at high end stores else where, I go to Westchester Mall intstead, where I'm treated properly, they sho... read more

Great Store the customer service is amazing , and the people are friendly , and they have a great selection. I dont know what store these people are talking about , I guess they were at the wrong store ... I was very satisfy with my purchase

I am guessing that the person who wrote "great job havanna" is either the owner or an employee. The customer service at this store is terrible. It has nothing to do with wanting or needing a personal shopping assistant as stated in "great job havanna", in fact it is quite annoying to be followed around a store. It is about having common curtosy for others, greeting customers politely, being friendly and not presenting in a rude or pretentious manner. I really don't get what the reviewers before me are crying about. My only guess would be that they're either stuck up themselves or Havana's competitors. Me myself have been to the store number of times and have I ever been a witness of any absurd nor ignorant behavior of the Havana employees- darn not! Every single time I go there I become pampered with help as well as respect. I don't see a rating for zero stars....I don't know why anyone would continue to shop in this store. The help is obnoxious and downright rude. With all the stores there are to choose from I don't know why anyone would come here. Wishlist and Lesters have the same selection without that "your interupting my txting" way that the sales girls at Havana have. While there is a good selection of t shirts and jeans here i am always amazed at how rude, unhelpful and stuck up the employees are. Most of the time they are carrying on conversations with each other and won't even greet you! I noticed this is the case in both the Stamford and Scarsdale locations. The employees are usually college girls or older women who dress like they want to be a college girl. The rudeness of the employees makes it difficult for me to bring myself to spend my money here. The store has good clothes, but is a bit pricy. I was in the other day and noone acknowledged me until I had a bunch of items in my hand ... this has often happened there ... but again they lose business. I had close to $500 worth of merchandise and did not buy a thing due to the rudeness of the employees. This store gives the worst customer service ever!! Especially the owners. They only give customer service to people who they assume have money. It's unfortunate for them because they are the ones that lose the Business. I thought it was only in Stamford but it turns out that all their stores are like that.

Havana Jeans truly does have an amazing selection of jeans. They have tons of brands and a wide selection of sizes for men and women. They sell tops, too, but I've always gone there just for the jeans. They are easy to get to on Central Ave and have plenty of parking. The staff is always friendly and a lot less pretentious than you'd expect from this type of store in Westchester. My mom hates shopping yet she doesn't mind going to Havana and watching me try on a dozen pairs. I highly recommend this store for the denim-obsess... read more
