Havana Frans is a walk-in only, family friendly barber shop. Fran is awesome, as is all of her staff. Conveniently located in the center of Hebron, CT. We’ve been going to Frans for the last 5 years and I have zero complaints. Gather up all your shaggy rug rats and head over to Frans!
