This was my first time going to this beauty supply. They have huge huge selection.The wig selection could be a little bit better and they could be a little bit cheaper, but hey, everything out there is really expensive.Now, I don't know.It was fair though, for what they were asking and I love how they have workers standing around waiting to help you usually you're going to a beauty supply.You have to wait just to look at things and already they're just rude.All of these ladies spoke english, and they all knew exactly what th... read more

There's a difference between customer service and just doing your physical job that some here can not differentiate. I spend hundreds of dollars at this store an when one of their employees named D was ignorant towards me concerning me ringing my items up there was no reprimand. The products are good but certain employees are trash.

I walked 5 steps inside before I was asked to leave my reusable bag at the front like they assumed I would steal. I had no choice but to buy my stuff there because I needed it that day so I gave her the bag and did my shopping but I will never go back and I have told my friends not to go either. I have gone to many beauty supply stores and not once have I been asked to leave my bag at the front. It’s not ok to assume your patrons steal as soon as they walk in!

Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I called to ask a simple question about pricing for braiding hair, and was told they “don’t give prices over the phone.” That’s wild to me, even major beauty retailers like Ulta and Sephora can provide prices over the phone, so there’s no reason a small local store should be acting like basic information is confidential.
