I’m very curious why you are not only NOT enforcing the mandatory mask rule but also not having your employees comply with it? I stopped in today and not only were half the customers not wearing masks but NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE WEARING MASKS. I saw your employees without masks for the entirety of the pandemic and it bothered me. However this is no longer optional, the mandatory order went into effect earlier this week. Katheryn, sorry for your experience the other day. The mask mandate went into effect August 1. We are complying with the mandate. Most of our employees have been wearing the mask all along, some have medical reasons for not wearing the mask. Thank you, Dennis

Customer service has been exceptional! I had 1000 questions about my aquariums and everyone at Havahart has been so patient and helpful with me. They have a great selection of pet supplies for all small animals and fish. Love, LOVE, LOVE Havahart!

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Havahart Pets in Mt. Pleasant. This is a very LE friendly shop that is extremely knowledgeable in what it takes to keep your pets healthy. Lisa, Julie and Dennis are great people! They have been providing for the Racine Police Department K-9 Unit for years. Shop local. Check them about!
