The owner is a very nice lady, and they have a ton of inventory!! All their stuff is really cute too!!

Great personal service. Our sales person had lots of patience and we found the perfect pair of boots.
Vickie use to be one of my customer. I was always glad to see her. Now! I am one of hers. And have been for many years! I like H.A.V. They are the only real western store around. Great customer service. Me and my brother both have bought many pairs of cowboy boots!

We Love the staff there, the clothes , the boots, etc. They also have a layaway which is great especially if you find what you want but can't get it at the moment, and are afraid it might get gone.

I was very disappointed . I went in with my daughter to look at boots. We went in to the store and walked around looking at the boots for about 15 minutes. The store employees never acknowledged us, asked if we needed help or even said good morning. After another 10 minutes of looking we left. Still no acknowledgement. I am not impressed.
