Haute skillet did an amazing job catering our wedding! They have a unique and diverse menu to choose from, and we were excited to provide food that isn't all typical wedding food. We were so impressed; it all tasted SUPERB, and many guests raved to us that it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. The staff was also extremely friendly and efficient, and they had enough people present to keep everything moving. They were also really flexible, helping to fill in a few service gaps we needed. Can't recommend them enough!
We had Haute Skillet cater (appetizer, dinner, and dessert) and bartend for our wedding and they were beyond incredible! Everything from the tasting to the communication leading up to the day to the day of went so smooth. The food was absolutely delicious, amazing they can make restaurant quality food in such large quantity. All of the guests were well fed and the food got many compliments! All of the staff were so kind as well.
Haute Skillet was both our caterer and our bartenders for our wedding day, which helped simplify the planning process since it was all coming from the same source. Multiple guests told me that Haute Skillet’s food was “the best wedding food [they’ve] ever had”, unprompted! I had the pleasure of working with Haute Skillet this last Saturday at La Lomita Ranch. As a wedding planner, it is a dream to have a strong catering team. Haute Skillet exceeded all expectations and the bride, groom and all guests benefitted. The leads on-site had the timeline memorized and I felt like they were always 1 step ahead of me.
