I had a poor experience as an NP trying to order labs here and the patient has multiple issues. Highly don’t recommend. It delayed patient care and she faxed labs. So old school. It’s 2025 everything is electronic. Not a great experience won’t recommend again to patients as a provider. Phyllis was semi helpful. I’ve been running a business for 5 years and I didn’t love her customer service for me and an NP and for my patient either! Best of luck going here.
Excellent service the place was closed on Saturday but the paperwork said it was open from 9-12 but the owner went out of her way and send her assistant and was able to do the drug screening since I drove from Batesville to do the test awesome people saved my day!
Absolutely love this place. The prices are by far the cheapest anywhere in the area I would highly recommend Miss Phyllis to anybody who needs any type of testing or for that matter any service she provides she is a very sweet individual. All of her employees are fantastic. I would highly recommend this place over any other testing site, especially The other testing location in Searcy as the prices are more than triple at that location. Expert diagnostics is a joke
