I went here on Monday with reference photos for warm yellow-brown highlights, but it came out grey and nothing like what I wanted. I said I wasn’t happy on the day, but was told it would get better after a few washes. I asked for a refund, but it was refused—only a redo was offered, and no admission that the result was wrong. Last thing I was told: “just wait for me to improve.”
