Just moved to Mattituck and tried the Fire & Ice cold plunge and sauna at Haute House—what an experience! The cold plunge was intense but so refreshing, and the sauna was the perfect warm-up afterward. The place is beautiful and the staff makes you feel right at home. Definitely a new favorite spot for a reset!

Massage Therapist Kim K. is THE BEST! I have gotten massages all over the island and this by far was the most incredible! She releaved months of tension and was professional, kind and so dedicated to her practice with her technique, pressure & therapy. She has created a magnificent space, I have never been more relaxed & revived! What a wonderful addition to this establishment!
