I am a very sick veteran of Camp Lejeune contamination. I have been fighting with the VA for my hard-earned benefits for years. The VA just does not want to be helpful and responsive to the plight of Lejeune veterans. After spending a few years of fighting and getting a couple of my smaller claims approved to the 20 percent level, I ran into major roadblocks with my larger (and more important) cancer related claims, so I signed on with Heidi. Attorney Hautala is Amazing! Her experience as a Veteran, a RN and working at the VA is valuable. She helped my dad who is a Vietnam Veteran obtain the benefits earned in a relatively short period of time. Heidi does a great job explaining the VA and the potential outcomes of each situation.
