Renters beware - scammy real estate. Hauss was friendly and competent right up until they needed to give money back. Like countless other real estates these days they refused to give the bond back after the lease finished for no valid reasons. Bond was initially paid by 3 people, 1 of whom I had replaced on the lease. Before moving in I paid him 1 person’s share of the bond as per the lease and his bond payment receipt. Turns out Hauss had conveniently created 2 versions of the lease - one with 2 tenants and another with 3. ... read more
We are tenants and I’m grateful to have such lovely team to deal with if anything arises. They are attentive and prompt. Ana and Gemma are excellent at what they do. It’s easy to let praises go unsaid, but after leasing through them for 2 years, I had to check in and say thank you.
Ana was amazing and helped me settle into my newest rental, appreciate it heaps!
