I've had my in ground shelter less than a year. I called to tell them that it was leaking in multiple places and had cracks in the floor. Even sent pics. They said they would come up with a plan and get back with me. It's been over 2 weeks and NOTHING! Beware! We had an above ground storm shelter installed about 3 months ago by this company. $6,100.00 Had to use it last night for the first time. When we first walked in almost half the floor was wet. Within 30 minutes the entire floor was flooded from rain water pouring in under the walls. So we had to stay until the storm passed with our feet in water! Called them this morning and they tried to tell us that's normal. Initially very happy with our cellar but now that it’s starting to leak in one of the corners we are having trouble getting someone out to even look at it. Much less fix it. We’ve had it for less than 7 years and it’s supposed to have a 10 year warranty.
