Told us someone would come out to make sure everything would work, that didn't happen then came time for our shelter to be put in he showed up walked around and said he couldn't put it anywhere then he left, most unprofessional company iv ever worked with, it would have taken almost no time to just take apart fence a bit which I would have done if I would have known it needed to be. Don't do business with Hauser unless you want a huge headache and no shelter.

I've had my in ground shelter less than a year. I called to tell them that it was leaking in multiple places and had cracks in the floor. Even sent pics. They said they would come up with a plan and get back with me. It's been over 2 weeks and NOTHING! We had to use it last night and ended up just chancing it in the house because everything in the shelter is molded and the smell was awful. So glad I spent that $4,000+ to ensure our safety. Beware! We had an above ground storm shelter installed about 3 months ago by this company. $6,100.00 Had to use it last night for the first time. When we first walked in almost half the floor was wet. Within 30 minutes the entire floor was flooded from rain water pouring in under the walls. So we had to stay until the storm passed with our feet in water! Called them this morning and they tried to tell us that's normal. Initially very happy with our cellar but now that it’s starting to leak in one of the corners we are having trouble getting someone out to even look at it. Much less fix it. We’ve had it for less than 7 years and it’s supposed to have a 10 year warranty.
