Storm shelter looks awesome. Glad I have it. However, there was absolutely no communication or pre-planning on their part before the install. We purchased through another company and they were subcontracted. They cut my metal fence posts that I now have to pay to get repaired. Now I have a huge missing fence section until that can be done. Just find another company. It’s evident they don’t follow the values they claim. They were supposed to install our shelter at the end of May. Due to all of the rain (I understand) they had to cancel, but said they would call back to reschedule. After several days of no call, I called back to reschedule. They rescheduled for an upcoming Saturday. That Saturday came and went without anyone showing up or even calling to cancel. So I called back the next week and they scheduled for the next Saturday. I requested an estimate for an above ground shelter, which they gave. I approved and ordered. When ordering they wouldn't believe their own quote. I had to fwd THEIR OWN EMAIL, to prove the quote. Upon arrival (5 hrs late) it was not finished. They had to install the vents and knock off the extra concrete where the forms had been. They tried to raise the price another $1500, and I again had to show them THEIR OWN EMAIL QUOTE. There is NO SEAL around the door. Rain pours in. Three calls later and they refuse to fix it. I purchased a storm shelter and paid for it without a grant from the state. It was installed in the late fall and when storm session hit with rain the entire front ground around the entrance caved in. I cannot even access it safely. I contacted the owner, and manager and all I got was rudeness, no assistance, and excuses. I am now left with an unsafe storm shelter in the middle of tornado season that I cannot use that I have to fix myself with funds I do not have. I would not recommend this company for any business.
