Best pharmacist in Simcoe ! She went above and beyond to help me with my problem and figured out why I was feeling sick form interactions between medications I take - which previous pharmacy had NO CLUE, not even the Doctor knew that, she called the doctor which agreed and change one of the med that was causing me feel sick. Highly recommended .
Haven't had such a positive experience in a while. I was reluctant since it's not a big known name company, but how wrong I was . It's exactly what I needed, nice warm staff that doesn't expedite you, they really care about their patients first , filled the prescription on the spot, the pharmacist has also renew my prescription and saved me a trip to the family doctor
Hey I have found much better than average service and variety here than anywhere else. Thankfully my needs currently are minimal but this is where I’ll keep shopping. I know some of the staff and find them to be polite , efficient and pleasantly helpful. Thank you Hausers!
They were great when Pharmacist Laila was there. She was caring and returned calls. The new ones are lazy, you have to chase them. Considering switching
