Employees do not understand the products at all, but behave confidently and unprofessionally. For example, below is a photo on which I was "neatly" cut off two "the same" cuts. Since I have a chronic disease and I have to constantly contact such stores, I hope the situation with the competences of employees will change for the better.
Well I called on Tuesday July 7th to arrange a wheelchair rental. I was required to etransfer payment to secure rental. I did so immediately. I arranged to the wheelchair to be delivered Friday, i was told it would be after 5:30 pm. I was a patient at St Peters hospital so at 5:20 pm i went to the lobby to wait. At 5:40 pm i called to confirm delivery. I was told it would be delivered. It never arrived. They called Saturday morning and delivered it at noon. Avoid this pharmacy if at all possible. It’s been months of hounding them down to get medication that is desperately needed filled in time so a dose isn’t missed. Their refills are never on time or ready despite frequently calling over and over again making sure they are ready for pick up/delivery. Often resulting in missed medication doses due to their negligence of stating medication was out for delivery and then not being delivered.
Tried to call them and found out that they close early on Saturday.. They should have a voicemail service for messages.
Such helpful ladies, customer service was 100%! Will definitely use them for all of our needs and recommend them to family and friends!
