The entire team at Hauser's were so kind and patient with me while organising the rentals for our needs. It was entirely a new experience and the whole team answered my many, many questions patiently and made sure I got all the information I needed. They delivered and setup the hospital bed in our space, and took their time walking me through how to use all the pieces. While your staff are very courteous and considerate ,your pharmacy is currently not independently accessible or safe. While this creates a major barrier for me as a wheelchair user, these issues are dangerous for anybody with mobility challenges, including seniors using walkers or canes.
