Each time we've called, they've had the part in stock, at a fair price, and sent someone over to get us moving again.

First of all I would like to say that I usually do not do reviews however I feel the need to put my opinion of this poorly run company for others to see. I WOULD NOT recommend this company at all. I have waited for over 2 months now for a service call on a piece of equipment. Have left several messages and only once got a call back and he got the information but was confused that our son lives at home and not in a group home, said oh I will have to look into this and get back to you,,,,,and I still am waiting.
