Called with a well pump issue on Tuesday morning. Office manager gave me a date they would be out to check the well. Called later and said a crew could be there in the morning about 8am. Crew arrived on time, performed testing, determined pump needed to be replaced, explained the process in detail, presented an estimate, and performed the pump replacement. They arrived with the correct equipment, were very knowledgeable, very pleasant, and worked productively. Would use them again and highly recommend.
I called Hauser after being out of water over the Christmas holiday. They came out that day and replaced all the plumbing in my well house. The previous plumbing was a disaster so they gutted it and started over and replaced all of it within a couple of hours and did an outstanding job. Then I was pleasantly suprised when I got the bill. It was lower than expected. I would 100% recommend Hauser Water Resources and they will be my go to for well issues from now on!
