Everyone was very pleasant, friendly & efficient
Very well prepped, treated an checked before I left. Pre surgery meeting was very thoroughly.
Can't say enough good things about Hauser-Ross. The people are amazing, friendly, helpful, patient, very professional and knowledgeable. And this is from the lady that called to setup my first appointment to the nurse that called the morning after my surgery to check on me and answer any questions. Dr. Johnson is fantastic! Felt safe and comfortable through the whole process.

From the check-in desk to the pre-surgery crew to the OR, every single staff member was fantastic. They were all efficient, kind, caring and explained everything every step of the way. It was a wonderful experience! Kudos!!!
