Drove up and met the Father (assuming Hauser) with his 2 grandsons hanging out with him while working in the garage. He pointed me to the front, where I met Lucas. Within minutes, Lucas was showing me his cars. He was easy to talk to, and shared the history of his business, and his family with me. I wish I could agree with other reviewers. Our experience was disappointing. Nice guys, good car, fair price -- but no communication. Phone messages were never answered, and texts took hours for a response, if ever. Then all I got was "crazy day". It was very unprofessional and disappointing. We ended up going elsewhere -- and even after my last text of "sorry, going elsewhere", there was no response. Hopefully your experience will be different.
Cant recommend Hauser and Sons enough. I bought a car from these guys and had a great experience. A couple months after my initial purchase I started having troubles with the car. I took it to a shop that was near my house and they wanted to charge me a couple thousand dollars for repairs. So I called Hauser and Sons up, they told me to bring it in, and they fixed up my car basically for no charge. This was even around Thanksgiving and Christmas time, so they were taking time away from holidays to help me out. Wonderful peop... read more
