Nina is excellent. She did digital modifications and updates to a change of use Development Application. This was all done in less than 3 days ! Nina also dealt directly with the Town planner . We had Nina draw up plans for our new swimming pool. Given this was our first time with any renovations, we really appreciated Nina’s ability to take our vision and give us a few great options and ideas to work through, before landing on a final plan. When going through the council process, Nina always responded super-fast to proposed changes so we could respond and get our approval through. I would highly recommend Nina!
