Charged me a cancellation fee when I did in fact call to cancel my appointment. $75 is ridiculous. Do not go here! They also do not follow the law. By law they are required to have an md or np provide what is called a good faith exam to determine your medical history. This was not done at my appointment. Update: the person who performed my Botox told me she was a rn. I never once saw an np. You can lie all you want. I did in fact call to cancel in plenty of time.
