Calling the appointment number should have been my first sign. The woman today was extremely rude and incredibly dry. My daughter was able to secure an appointment at 1:30 today, went and walked out bawling her eyes out. I’m not sure if the lady she had her appointment with was new, but it took an hour and a half to tint and wax her brows. She is a natural level 7 blonde and walked out with thin, BLACK eyebrows. This was the worst brow wax I’ve ever had. This was my first time and I’ll never go back. I usually drive to ont person in Huntington Beach, I really wanted to find somewhere that’s close to home so I chose Haus of Wax since they had great reviews! The lady who dod my brows was so sweet, her personality was AMAZING but my brows are ruined. I was very clear that I’m growing them, I even mentioned I’m using Revitabrow to help grow them and she literally waxed so much off.
