Calling the appointment number should have been my first sign. The woman today was extremely rude and incredibly dry. My daughter was able to secure an appointment at 1:30 today, went and walked out bawling her eyes out. I’m not sure if the lady she had her appointment with was new, but it took an hour and a half to tint and wax her brows. She is a natural level 7 blonde and walked out with thin, BLACK eyebrows.
