Never felt so unheard in a hair salon. I came in for a simple face-framing refresh and left with thick, uneven curtain bangs I never asked for and all my volume gone. The stylist cut into hair that was meant to stay full length and continued cutting even after I told her to stop, replying, “it’s not my first time.” I also asked for a toner with an inspo photo and was given a completely different, much darker color, then argued with about it. I don't usually get my hair done but I thought I'd treat myself for my birthday. Kelly's haircut and dry was so good everyone thought I'd lost weight. Hands down BEST salon experience I've ever had.
I got a layered haircut with face framing, and the result was exactly how I wanted it. Nicoletta did my hair, and she did an amazing job. It was my first time at this salon, and I left feeling really happy and satisfied. I hope it’s just as great next time too.
Mel does everything for me! My blonde, cut, extensions, the whole glow-up package and every single time I leave feeling like the best version of myself. She understands blonde on a science level (no brass, no breakage, no “trust the process” trauma) and somehow keeps my hair healthy while making it look expensive. The receptionist girl is NOT on top of her job. She cancelled on me only 2 days before my appointment which was booked weeks ago ( holiday season when I can’t find a replacement) so I couldn’t get my hair done for 3 important occasions that I was preparing for … and they said my case would take so much time n that I had not mentioned a toner service. I mean who walks out of a bleach session without a toner ?!!!!!
