Cassidi seemed more focused on her standard process than truly listening to my concerns and understanding my hair needs. The installation of the extensions was subpar, and the placement points felt generic rather than customized, resulting in discomfort and issues shortly after. The color work, which I had heard great things about, didn’t meet expectations and lacked the vibrancy and precision I was hoping for.
