The customer service is majorly lacking. I’ve gotten my hair done at this salon twice. The second time I called when making the appointment to confirm that I could use a gift certificate I’d bought at a preschool fundraiser to go towards highlights. I was told yes. Upon arriving, I confirmed again and was told ok. 30 min later, after sitting in the chair and having a full consultation (quoted and initialed that I would be spending double the value of the gift certificate) and bleach mixed - I was told no way, can’t use this ... read more
I seriously can’t say enough good things about Ashley. She just gets it! Whether it’s my color, a trim, or switching things up, I always leave her chair feeling like the best version of myself. She takes the time to listen, makes great suggestions, and I fully trust her with my hair.
