Jennifer did the most amazing job with my eyebrows.i feel like a new person. Im typically very nervous when I go somewhere new but she was fantastic at answering my questions, creating a comfortable environment and recommending products for my skin. Called to let them know I was running late and then when they called me back, nobody had told me about the cancellation policy and if I would’ve canceled when I called originally to say, I was running late that I would’ve only paid a 25% fee versus a 50% fee. Definitely just try to get as much money from you as they possibly can.
