Called to let them know I was running late and then when they called me back, nobody had told me about the cancellation policy and if I would’ve canceled when I called originally to say, I was running late that I would’ve only paid a 25% fee versus a 50% fee. Definitely just try to get as much money from you as they possibly can.

I have been going to Haus of Fidi for a couple years now. Jen is the literal definition of an estie bestie. She is so sweet - and actual angel - and has made me feel SO beautiful throughout my entire bridal era. She came up with a facial plan about 6-8 months out from my wedding day. Mackenzie is amazing! She is very knowledgeable of her craft. I highly recommend seeing her for a customized facial, or any other service she provides. I love going to her for a lash lift and tint. You won’t regret it :)
