I’ve been to this shop multiple times they do great work but my stylist never started my hair on time, EVER. Had an appointment for 4pm and got a call to reschedule it 3pm the same day… stylist knew she had some things to handle the entire day so she said but called me 1 hour before my appt. , but was able to finish every other client but me . Had me come at 10:45 the next day and she didn’t show up until 11:25. Very inconsiderate & inconvenient. Didn’t take accountability for her actions and charged me full price… i took $2... read more
She washed my hair and braided it down. Old school service with new school style. Cant wait to get a new style
