Decided to finally leave the dealership after to many stupid years and my first time trying a new place. Joseph and Alejandro at the front desk were great! Great communication and follow-up. They replaced all 4 brakes and fixed my flex pipe/resonator delete for S4. They diagnosed the issue better then dealer and it cost me 10% of the quoted dealer price! I brought my 2006 Ford Ranger in for undercoating and had the best experience ever! Joseph and Alejandro had their mechanics take the box off, wire wheel off all the rust, FLUID FILM inside the door panels and rocker panels and WOOLWAX on the chassis. They also replaced my rusty shackles and worn out shocks with Rough Country ones which were hard to source with the SuperLift suspension lift.
