Absolutely loved the experience here and will most definitely recommend to friends and family.
Great work, but time management needs serious improvement. You shouldn’t schedule two appointments in the same hour if each one takes more than 30 minutes. My appointment was at 5:30, and by 6:00 I was still waiting. If you expect customers to respect your time—and even state it’s “not guaranteed” if we’re late—then why should we be left waiting for you? Everyone’s time is valuable.
The employees are very friendly and informative. Only I think they need a little more experience. Overall they are amazing 🌟
I went in for my first ever lash lift and tint appointment, I loved the end results 🫶 I also got threading on my brows and upper lip. I left feeling like a brand new womaaan! I loved the experience and environment was super cute and felt really comfy 🫧 I will be coming back! thank you Aisa for the love and great convo!
