I had a great experience getting my navel pierced here! I am terrified of needles and was super nervous but Olivia was very understanding and accommodating. The environment and entire experience was comfortable. The piercing itself was quick and way less painful than I expected, and I'm super happy with the results. Will definitely be back for future piercings!
