Be very careful with these people. They will list a cheap property and then use interested buyers as pace horses to raise the asking price. I even offered the asking price and was told no. Very unethical and unprofessional. It is firms like this that gives estate agents a bad name. Yes flat 27 Norwood road. Very shady.
