I’ve been going here for years. I absolutely love Dr Roberts and his wife. They’re caring, loving and great at what they do. I’ve always had great service. I even had to bring my newborn with me last year. It was like visiting relatives with the new baby. I’ve called them many times over the years with concerns and I’ve never had to wait to be seen. Orders come in super quick as well. I highly recommend this family oriented small business.
The place was filthy. There were goldfish crumbs on the floor, very dusty, and the place has not been vacuumed in years. The exam room was cluttered, unvaccumed, and there were no alcohol wipes to around to clean where you put your chin and face. I will never go back here, and Am considering contacting the department of health. I also do not trust the exam given and will go to another eye doctor for a second opinion.
