Scheduling was a bit of a challenge due to normal issues. Once we met, my mower was fixed in a matter of minutes. I will be going on their maintenance plan next year and ensure my mower is always operating in tip top shape.
Hauns came to our home and picked up the riding mower that was broken down. JR arrived on the day and time he said he would. When he did his troubleshooting and found out the problems, he communicated cost of repairs and we proceeded ahead. Costs associated for repairs were reasonable as was the pick up and delivery costs. I highly recommend Hauns for quality and cost to folks that need their mowers repaired. Thanks again JR.

I noticed a cotter pin on my height adjustment apparatus was partially out of place. I couldn’t move it-was afraid apparatus would pop if I took it out. Called Hauns and he came out to pick up mower to take to the shop. He took a look at the cotter pin and fixed it in 10 seconds! He refused payment for helping me even though he drove several miles out of Franklin to come to my house. He also serviced my mower this spring before mowing season. He picked it up and brought it back for a reasonable price. He sure has my business... read more
