Fast friendly service, never an issue picking up or dropping off product
For some unknown reason, they make it impossible to speak with any of their employees. I own one of their trailers and need parts. Rather than repair it, I'm tempted to sell it "as-is" and buy one from a company who respects their customers. Donald
I’m a small business owner and this is the second 55/33 towable lift I have purchased brand new from this company. The equipment usually works great but when it doesn’t these people are absolutely useless. They deflect responsibility and make excuses when solutions would come easier. This machine experienced several faults and failures upon putting it into initial service. Warranty claim initiated on October 2 of 2024. After thousands of dollars in rental fees and numerous service calls, they have yet to rectify the problem.... read more
