They explained everything to me, informed me of exactly what they'd be doing, and accommodated my requests. They were at least $1k cheaper than any other quote I'd gotten for the exact same model, so they're affordable. One thing I'd suggest is to update the company's information on the warranty registration website; it doesn't match the invoice, so I'm not sure I pic... read more
