I scheduled an appointment & the technician never appeared or called to reschedule. I called the main office twice & spoke to two different receptionists who promised to forward my complaints. However, I never got a call back.
Will recommend their service to friends & Family! Never showed up to the appointment. We left two voicemails and three messages via yelp and got no response. Very unprofessional.
Hauler Air Duct Cleaning Company came highly recommend ed by a neighbor. Excellent customer service from the very beginning to the very end. They did an exceptional job cleaning the ducts. I can already feel the difference when I breathe. They are kind and professional.My family and I were very satisfied with the cleaning. Oh, and they did everything possible to keep the house tidy. Will be recommending Hauler 100%!!
Hauler Air Duct Cleaning Co is the most professional air duct cleaning I have ever seen. I have used other companies in the past but none come close to the meticulous care and cleaning, professional knowledge and expertise of Hauler Air Duct Cleaning Co team. They were on time and very respectful and pleasant to work with. Dan was very knowledgeable and provided great feedback and advice in future maintenance of the HVAC system. Would definitely work with them from now on. Highly recommended!
