Was told our unit would be picked up today instead of Friday cause they're short staffed. Worked hard to get it ready for pickup. Called today to get an estimate of time of pick up and got told very NASTILY that she told us tomorrow (she did not) I get they're short staffed but there is NO REASON to be rude and nasty to me and my grandma. Terrible service from Melanie

I used them for over a decade. Echoing the recent reviews, last year was a disaster in terms of trash pickup (I have had no adverse customer service interactions: they are merely the messenger of broken promises). The last straw was the latest 3 week delay. I’m now using Waste Management which is both cheaper and provides recycling service. Stay away.

If I could rate them lower, I would. Haulaway should consider themselves lucky I’m not on my HOA board or else they’d have been dropped months ago. They constantly miss pickups, even on non-holiday weeks and are careless when loading waste into their vehicles, our neighborhood is constantly littered with waste they drop. Do yourself a favor, don’t hire them.
