The delivery was on time, the container was clean and exactly what I needed, and the pickup was just as easy. The customer service was responsive and super helpful with any questions I had. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable and hassle-free container rental service!
Everything was delivered that was proposed. It was a seamless process in terms of ordering, getting information, and delivery. Though I was a bit concerned with the cargo container placement on my property, the driver, Bob, was knowledgable and patient and with just a bit of time we got the container perfectly placed and level. This was a great process and I recommend the good folks at Haulaway in Castle Rock highly and without reservation.
Rudest employees ive ever dealt with, the language he used with my wife was unacceptable.
Was told our unit would be picked up today instead of Friday cause they're short staffed. Worked hard to get it ready for pickup. Called today to get an estimate of time of pick up and got told very NASTILY that she told us tomorrow (she did not) I get they're short staffed but there is NO REASON to be rude and nasty to me and my grandma. Terrible service from Melanie
