This is a wonderful family! Corey has been out to our home several times over the years. He is straight forward and conscientious. Last week our heating system died and it could no longer be repaired. Our home was ice cold. We needed a whole new system and we were terrified of the cost. I had my mini split installed 4 years ago and I couldn't not be any happier. Corey has saved me so much more on oil .
We called on Wednesday afternoon and set up an appointment for Thursday morning for an estimate. When Corey came out, he was actually able to get the part and replace it within an hour. The price was very good, and everyone involved has been helpful and courteous. I will definitely be using them again, and I’m looking forward to having them work on my air conditioner this summer.
We called Haugstad heating and cooling at 5:30 pm Tuesday night, Susan the owners mother said she had someone in the area. Corey the owner was at the house by 8:00pm.and worked over an hour to get us heat, he assessed the problem and ensured us he would get back to us in the morning. Susan texted by 8:45am and said Rocco would be out he arrived at 8:50am and fixed our heat. All involved were professional courteous and efficient.
