Hahahahaha! No. Great till you have a problem. My daughter has medicine issues and they couldn’t be bothered to call back with updates. I needed a gastroenterologist referral. I ONLY asked that they make sure they took my primary and secondary insurance. The day before my appointment, I find out they don’t take my secondary. I call the office and get excuses instead of solutions. After assuring me that they will take care of it, they told me it wasn’t their job to make sure both insurances were accepted. Done.
