Required Haughey Electrical to investigate faulty alarm/electrical system installed by Haughey. Contacted them each day Monday to Thursday (twice on Wednesday). 5 times in total and was advised each time I would be contacted by "Eddie", no reponse.

Very rude driver of white van this morning in Belfast, probably about 18, signalling me arrogantly to move away from the public bus stop so he could park on the footpath! Many school kids around these bus stops, no consideration for anyone else!
