Very honest opinion of a used card. The mechanic took lots of time to answer all my questions and provide honest advice as a mechanic.
Just bought a second hand car and I needed to complete all the things one needs to do in order for the vehicle to be in the road safety. As someone who hasn’t owned a vehicle in very long time I was embarrassed that my knowledge of cars was beginner level at best. Bought a full set of tires back in 2023 and recently had one tire blow on the highway. We had 2 separate mechanics look at the tire and tell me it was a belt separation issue and to bring it back to where I bought it because it should go through the manufacturers warranty. Drove 40 minutes to Haugh Tire with the tire in hand, explained what happened and asked them what warranty could do for us. I have never written a review before, however, I believe that when exceptional service is provided, it should be recognized. Last week I spoke with Paul (Service Advisor for Commercial and Agriculture tires) and purchase a new set of tires for my CIH 585 tractor / loader. Paul has spent a lifetime in the tire industry and his competency and vast experience shows.
