If I could give ZERO stars I would. Tirecraft completely FAILED my son. He went in for a simple valve stem replacement — something any competent shop should handle easily. Not only did they not even complete the work fully, but they didn’t tighten the lug nuts on one of his rear tires, causing the wheel to FALL OFF while he was driving home.
