I have never written a review before, however, I believe that when exceptional service is provided, it should be recognized. Last week I spoke with Paul (Service Advisor for Commercial and Agriculture tires) and purchase a new set of tires for my CIH 585 tractor / loader. Paul has spent a lifetime in the tire industry and his competency and vast experience shows. If there was a way to give 0 stars I would but unfortunately it doesn't allow it. This business was deceptive and unsafe with my vehicle at least 3 times. I went in for a flat tire repair and asked for the tires to be balanced at the same time. They were unable to repair the tire so had to order a replacement which wouldn't be there until the next day. My vehicle had been bought second hand and unbeknownst to myself the spare did not belong to my vehicle BUT Haugh Tirecraft somehow put the tire on my vehicle which I drove to... read more
Short temper. Other staff were friendly but clearly just trying not to get yelled at. Don't recommend.
Would avoid at all cost!!
