I have never witnessed worse customer service than I have at this office. You receive very little to no help or guidance once they have taken your money. My friend hired them for a case and it’s been a nightmare ever since and I had to redirect her to another attorney. Not to mention, the office staff member, April is extremely rude. I’ve even reached out on her behalf in request to personal items that were not delivered correctly. If looking for an attorney, I’d advise else where.
Save your time and choose someone else. I literally never got to speak to any attorney after 2 weeks. I started getting notices for court date that were a week away. I contacted someone and was sent a bill. Nobody still reached out . Nobody discussed the case. I literally talked to no one but God at 1,000 bill... I have been told that I should contact the State Bar
